The rug had sustained biological pet staining accompanied by stubborn, lingering odours and embedded soil across its neutral field and striped border design

We provided a comprehensive multi-step in-plant rug washing, enzyme decontamination, and flat-drying treatment. Our specialists began with front-and-back harmonic dusting to dislodge dry particulate matter settled within the flat-weave foundation. We submerged and hand-washed the rug using gentle, pH-balanced detergents, followed by an intensive enzymatic immersion bath to break down pet urine salts and neutralise organic odours at the root. Technicians thoroughly rinsed the fibres with clear water and dried the rug flat under controlled tension in our climate-controlled drying room to preserve the scalloped edge geometry and restore uniform freshness.
