The client reached out for professional rug cleaning and detailed restoration for traditional floral area rugs showing signs of heavy-to-moderate soil, nap distortion, furniture marks, pulled fibers, exposed white knots, and uneven or unraveled fringe ends.

We carried out deep washing, fiber conditioning, and fringe restoration. Our team extracted embedded dirt from high-traffic sections, groomed the pile to correct nap distortion, carefully tucked and dressed pulled fibers and white knots, and hand-cleaned, straightened, and detailed the unraveled fringe ends to restore clean lines.
