The client requested professional off-site rug care and pre-pickup inspection for an ornate oriental area rug showing heavy-to-moderate soil accumulation, nap distortion across the pile, uneven and unraveled fringes, pulled fibers, and visible white knots.

We performed a detailed on-site pre-pickup inspection, fiber condition assessment, and scheduled off-site washing. Our technicians evaluated the oriental rug's fringe condition, pile wear, and warp/weft white knots, cleared surrounding furniture and items, and carefully rolled the rug for transport to our off-site facility for specialized dusting, submersion cleaning, fringe detailing, and pile grooming.
