Job completed for Michael B

The client requested specialty off-site rug cleaning and pre-pickup inspection for a living room area rug displaying heavy-to-moderate soil accumulation, nap distortion across the pile, pulled fibers, and pet stains with associated odors.

We performed an in-home pre-pickup inspection and prepared the rug for off-site processing. Our technicians evaluated the rug's position beneath the sofa and coffee table, inspected the fiber pile for pet urine contamination and pile wear, carefully cleared surrounding furniture, and scheduled the rug for deep dusting, submersion washing, enzymatic pet odor treatment, and pile grooming at our off-site facility.
