Job completed for Bobbie T

The client brought in specialty area rugs—including a small fringed oriental mat and a long neutral runner—for professional off-site rug cleaning to address heavy-to-moderate soil, faded areas, and pet stains with associated odors.

We provided full off-site area rug deep cleaning, pet odor decontamination, and fiber restoration services. Our technicians performed thorough dry-dust extraction, applied targeted enzymatic neutralizing treatments for pet stains and odors, executed controlled wash baths to lift heavy soil while preserving delicate dyes, and carefully groomed the pile and fringes before climate-controlled drying.
