Job completed for Stephanie R

The client requested specialty off-site rug cleaning and on-site pre-pickup inspection for a large living room area rug displaying heavy-to-moderate soil, faded sections, heavy furniture indentations, and pet stains with associated odors.

We executed an in-home pre-pickup assessment and prepared the large area rug for off-site processing. Our technicians documented the furniture footprint beneath the coffee table, armchairs, and sofa, evaluated the pet urine contamination and traffic wear patterns, safely moved furniture pieces, and scheduled the rug for deep dust extraction, full submersion washing, enzymatic pet odor treatment, and pile grooming at our off-site facility.
