Job completed for Richard L

The client requested specialized off-site area rug washing and an in-home pre-pickup inspection for a large red oriental wool rug displaying heavy-to-moderate soil, faded areas, deep furniture marks from heavy seating, and pet stains with associated odors.

Our team performed an in-home pre-pickup assessment and prepared the oriental rug for off-site processing. Our technicians documented the furniture placement beneath the leather sofa and recliner, evaluated the pet urine contamination and dye condition, carefully moved the furniture, and scheduled the rug for deep dusting, full immersion washing, targeted enzymatic pet odor treatment, and fringe grooming at our off-site facility.
