Job completed for Nancy W

The client submitted a large, intricate oriental area rug for off-site specialty cleaning to treat heavy-to-moderate soil accumulation, nap distortion, pulled fibers, uneven and unraveled fringe trim, visible white knots, furniture impression marks, and pet stains with associated odors.

We performed off-site area rug deep washing, pet odor decontamination, and structural inspection services. Our technicians executed thorough dry dust extraction to remove embedded soil, applied targeted enzymatic treatments to neutralize pet stains and odors, performed a gentle submersion wash bath to clean the wool fibers without dye bleeding, groomed the pile to align the nap and relieve furniture marks, and detailed the fringe ends before climate-controlled drying.
