Job completed for Erin M

The client requested specialized off-site rug cleaning and an in-home pre-pickup inspection for a vibrant multi-coloured modern area rug displaying heavy-to-moderate soil accumulation, absence of fringes, faded areas, and pet stains with associated odors.

We performed an in-home pre-pickup assessment and prepared the area rug for off-site processing. Our technicians evaluated the rug's positioning in the living room, inspected the pile for pet urine deposits and traffic fade, safely moved surrounding furniture, and scheduled the rug for deep dusting, controlled submersion washing, enzymatic pet odor treatment, and pile grooming at our off-site facility.
