The client submitted a large, light-coloured ornate oriental wool area rug for off-site specialty cleaning to treat heavy-to-moderate soil accumulation, nap distortion, pulled fibers, faded areas, deep furniture marks, visible white knots, and uneven, unraveled fringes.

We performed an off-site area rug deep washing, grooming, and structural condition inspection. Our technicians executed thorough dry dust extraction to remove embedded soil, performed a controlled submersion wash bath to clean the wool pile without color bleeding, groomed the pile to correct nap distortion and lift furniture impressions, and carefully detailed the fringe edges before climate-controlled drying.
