Job completed for Rhonda C

The client requested specialized off-site rug cleaning and an in-home pre-pickup inspection for a large cream/off-white area rug displaying heavy-to-moderate soil accumulation, nap distortion, pulled fibers, absence of fringes, and heavy furniture impression marks.

We performed an in-home pre-pickup assessment and prepared the area rug for off-site processing. Our technicians evaluated the rug's positioning underneath a heavy wooden coffee table and leather sectional sofa, inspected the pile for traffic soil and fiber wear, safely moved surrounding furniture, and scheduled the rug for deep dust extraction, full submersion washing, pile grooming to relieve furniture indentations, and controlled drying at our off-site facility.
