Job completed for Christine S

The client requested specialized off-site rug cleaning and an in-home pre-pickup inspection for a large floral oriental wool area rug displaying heavy-to-moderate soil, faded areas, heavy furniture indentation marks, and pet stains with associated odors.

We performed an in-home pre-pickup assessment and prepared the oriental rug for off-site processing. Our technicians documented the furniture footprint beneath the wooden coffee table, leather armchairs, and sofa, evaluated the pet urine contamination and pile wear, safely shifted the heavy furniture, and scheduled the rug for deep dusting, submersion washing, targeted enzymatic pet odor treatment, pile grooming, and fringe detailing at our off-site facility.
