Job completed for Rebecca B

The client requested specialized off-site rug cleaning and an in-home pre-pickup assessment for a large, light-coloured striped neutral area rug displaying heavy-to-moderate soil accumulation, absence of fringes, faded areas, furniture impression marks, and pet stains with associated odors.

We performed an in-home pre-pickup inspection and prepared the area rug for off-site treatment. Our technicians evaluated the rug's positioning beneath the armchairs, ottomans, and sofa, measured the dimensions, inspected the woven pile for pet urine contamination and traffic fading, carefully cleared surrounding furniture, and scheduled the rug for deep dust extraction, controlled submersion washing, targeted enzymatic pet odor treatment, and pile grooming at our off-site facility.
