The client brought in two matching blue and grey patterned specialty rugs—a rectangular runner and a circular accent rug—for off-site professional cleaning to treat heavy-to-moderate soil, absence of fringes, faded areas, and pet stains with associated odors.

We performed off-site specialty rug deep cleaning, pet odor decontamination, and fiber maintenance. Our technicians measured and inspected both pieces, executed deep dry-dust extraction to remove embedded grit, applied targeted enzymatic treatments to neutralize pet stains and odors, performed controlled submersion wash baths to restore the blue and grey patterns, and groomed the pile prior to climate-controlled drying.
