The client submitted a grey and white patterned area rug runner for off-site specialty cleaning to address heavy-to-moderate soil accumulation, faded areas across the pattern, heavy furniture marks, and pet stains with associated odors.

We performed full off-site area rug deep washing, enzymatic pet odor decontamination, and fiber grooming. Our technicians unrolled and inspected the runner, executed deep dry-dust extraction to remove particulate soil, applied targeted enzymatic neutralizing treatments for pet urine stains and odors, performed a controlled submersion wash bath, and groomed the pile to align the nap and relieve furniture indentations before climate-controlled drying.
