The client requested specialized off-site rug cleaning and an in-home pre-pickup assessment for a large grey and cream patterned dining room area rug displaying heavy-to-moderate soil accumulation, heavy furniture impression marks, absence of fringes, and pet stains with associated odors.

We performed an in-home pre-pickup inspection and prepared the area rug for off-site treatment. Our technicians evaluated the rug's positioning beneath the wooden dining table and chairs, inspected the pile for pet urine contamination and traffic soil, carefully cleared surrounding furniture, and scheduled the rug for deep dust extraction, controlled submersion washing, targeted enzymatic pet odor treatment, and pile grooming at our off-site facility.
