Comment: Scheduling, pick-up and delivery were all excellently done. I had the rug wrapped in preparation for a move, and at my request the technician undid some of the paper so I was able to see a portion of the rug and I was pleased with what I saw.

Comment: The service techs are very professional in their handling of the rugs. They go above and beyond in returning the rugs to the correct place and and putting the furniture back.
