Comment: Fabulous to work with: careful, considerate, well-organized, good documentation and labeling of the rugs. After holding them for an extra couple of weeks at my request, delivery was right on time. Placement was simple as the rugs were labeled with the rooms from which they came. Nice people to deal with: the Persian rug cleaners at Dalworth are wonderful!

Comment: The staff that came to my house were extremely respectful and courteous. They were careful of our belongings when carrying the rug through our home. They also made sure I was happy with the cleaning and that the rug was placed as I wanted it when they left. They were also very sweet to my pets who were completely in the way!

Comment: I had a small hole in an area rug that I asked for an estimate to be repaired. You repaired it for me free of charge which I greatly appreciate. However a brown fiber was put in the place of sage green where the origional fibers were. It is tepaired, but now looks like a spot or stain on the rug.
