• Were we able to schedule your rug pickup and deliver at a convenient time?
• How would you rate the appearance of our service technician(s)?
• How would you rate the overall value for the service that was provided?
• How would you rate the condition of your rug when you got it back?
• How would you rate your overall experience with Dalworth?
• What was the problem you faced, and how did Dalworth solve it for you? The white rug just needed cleaning and the other had pet stains..both looked very good when returned.
• Comment: The job is not complete, the pad was made for the wrong rug so the delivery men are having to come back.
  The delivery men were very nice and apologized and are taking care of the mistake.
