- What was the problem you faced, and how did Dalworth solve it for you? I had a very expensive Karastan rug that the fringe was coming apart and part of the rug tearing from it. The rug was 25 years old and never professionally cleaned. The sales man and the lady that was in charge of sewing came out. So helpful.
Comment: The end result amazed my husband and I. The fringe removal and new trim was simply AMAZING!! Fantastic sewing and repair work!!

Comment: It was very upsetting. they finally aagreed to pick up the rug at the incorrect address and deliver it to the correct address. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Comment: This was the second time I've had this rug cleaned by Dalworth and both experiences were great! Technicians are very careful with surrounding furniture and on return very accommodating in making sure it is exactly where you want the rug placed
