Comment: Have used Dalworth on my other oriental rugs. I trust this company to do a good job. Only once did I have a problem and the president of the company called me and apologized! I will use Dalworth again and again.

Comment: The only reason you got the one four is because I was expecting a miracle, I guess. I bought the rug with the stain, don't know what the stain is, and hoped it would be gone with a cleaning. It is less noticeable though and I can hide it better now. You guys were awesome in every way!

Comment: All personnel were personable both on the phone and for pick up and delivery. The nap on the rug was lifted as I wanted and it smells good.

Comment: Our area rugs have quite a few old dog urine stains. Dalworth gave it their best effort, but stains are permanent. Happy with the job they did though.
