Comment: This was the easiest thing to coordinate. I was a little shocked by the price, but it's comparable to other companies. I had a coupon that helped, too. I'll definitely use Dalworth again!

Comment: Guys were patient and moved the rugs to EXACTLY where I wanted each time. They removed plastic sheets from under furniture legs and pre-positioned furniture over the rugs that Harold had moved before. Good job! Thanks.

Comment: My only suggestion is that when confirming the time that the area rugs will be returned, leave the delivery window on voicemail. I had been out of town and did not receive the messages until 10:00 pm the night before which made it difficult to plan.

Comment: A Dalworth representative got back to me within a hour of my email request, gave me a quote, answered my questions and scheduled a pickup for the next day. The two large rugs were cleaned and returned within one week. The employees sent to my home were most helpful in positioning the rugs back to their original position and wanted my complete satisfaction. Good job Dalworth.
