Comment: A totally satisfied customer I am! The pick up and the delivery was managed by super friendly and professional people. I will recommend your company absolutely. One of my rugs - very old - was iffy about whether the fringe could be salvaged. A representative called me and we agreed to 'do away' with the fringe rather than repair/restore it. SO APPRECIATED!
