Comment: I noticed that on the order the tech noted permanent stains, traffic wear, and pulled fibers. My rug really didn’t have any of that. The tech had me sign his tablet, but I couldn’t see the notes.

Comment: From the initial call to the drop off of the cleaned rug, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was refreshing to experience such thorough customer service as well as the rug looks amazing. Definitely recommend to everyone! Thank you!!!!

Comment: These two rugs were done spectacularly. I am so pleased with the outcome. One had been in a garage for years, and it looks like new. They look great in my home. Thank you for such good work. The appointment setting and pickup and delivery were also just great. The pricing was fair also. You must have a great work environment for your employees as it shows in their attitudes and efforts to please customers.

Comment: I can't thank you enough. I thought our very light looped rugs were done. Our dog had vomited several times on them and I was sending them for a temporary fix because they are 15x14 and 7.5x14 and didn't have time or money to replace. They came back with no visible stains in just 4 days spotless and dry. Am very very pleased. I had them done by Zero Res for much more and a sales pitch for a guarantee a few years ago. They had them for a few weeks and then had to come out to house because stains did n to come out.
