Comment: Our runner was returned looking "new" again. Technician very helpful and prompt. Offered us a new pad at no extra charge. Second time I had this rug cleaned by Dalworth

Comment: All was great except the price. It was very expensive to have the rugs cleaned. I will just buy a new rug next time. In fact, I could buy 2 rugs for the price to shampoo.

Comment: all the pet stains were not removed so I was disappointed. I know there was not guarantee but the lady said when I scheduled that usually there wasn't a lot that you couldn't get out. So i kind of thought pet stains would be pretty common and something that would. All employees were wonderful. The gentlemen that picked up the rug and dilevered it back were great the took it upstairs and put it exactly where I wanted it. Thought the price could have been discounted a little since the stains did not come out but overall I guess I was satisfied with the service
