Comment: Everyone I dealt with at Dalworth was friendly and professional. My rug looked great and the delivery technicians offered to assist with trimming my new rug pad to fit, and dispose of the old rug pad. Very happy with service and results.

Comment: I was stunned at how great the rug looked when returned. The color was back to the original state and beauty. Based on this, I scheduled Dalworth for tile and carpet cleaning. Thanks, Dalworth.

Comment: I was not satisfied. The smell of the rug was so intense I had to remove the rug from house. The appearance of the rug was shabby. Techs were nice, schedule was ok. Value of the overall service was very low because I cannot use the rug. Doris

We do have a policy that if you are not completely satisfied, we will come get your rug and redo the wash to your satisfaction. Please contact us so we can schedule your re-cleaning.
