Comment: I cannot believe that Dalworth fixed my rug for me without charge. This is unheard of service in today's day and time and it is so appreciated. It reminds me of when I was young and customer service meant something. It's nice to see that you have not forgotten how to earn customer loyalty and win repeat business. I highly recommend the professional staff at Dalworth. It really was like doing business with family from the very friendly service agent who answered the phone to the well kept and friendly delivery guys. I just cannot say enough about this company. If you have not tried them and are shopping around, don't. Just trust that they will impress you.
