Comment: Great courtesy and professionalism by the pickup and delivery crew. They made the process totally effortless.

Comment: It was a very good experience except that I was quoted one price on the phone and it was higher when the technicians came. They said the size was different, but it was not because I was looking at the rug and reading off the label on the phone.

Comment: Rug is 20+ years old, hand made, vegetable-dyed, Moroccan kilim. Did not have high hopes for cleaning. Looks fantastic!!! Like new!

Comment: Living with 6 indoor pets is an area rug challenge. Dalworth has exceeeded the challenge every time and we would not consider using anyone else. Excellent customer service from the phone contacts to the delivery technicians. Every time.
