Comment: Had to send back it as the cleaning wasn't done properly, now it is better. Odor removal wasn't done properly

Comment: We've contacted Dalworth a lot of times, very professional and amazing cleanup process, surprises me what they can do to an old dirty rug. I got cats who vomit all over my rugs, and Dalworth is always there to the rescue
