I was not told there was the possibility of shrinkage as rug was smaller than the original size and did not cover the pad that was under the rug before it was cleaned. No solution was provided other than trimming the pad to fit post cleaning size.

Comment: Additionally, upon delivery, they forgot one rug but made me pay for all 3 of the rugs with only 2 of 3 delivered. They scheduled another delivery day.

Comment: Very happy with company and service. Had a question at pick-up about estimated cost, but Amy in the office answered my concerns right away. (The new computer system estimated the job to be ~$1200 but was actually ~$450.)

Comment: Excellent service from phone rep, men who picked up and returned the rugs and people involved in the cleaning.

• What was the problem you faced, and how did Dalworth solve it for you? Fringe & corners of rug were chewed by pets. Rug was very dirty & pet stained. Dalworth took the fringe off as requested & did a nice job of stitching all around the rug. The rug looked remarkably better.

Comment: Overall, we were pleased with the repair work & the cleaning. Due to our pets chewing, the corners are not perfect. However, that is not due to anything Dalworth did wrong. Also, we were able to drop our rug off & pick it up which saved us some money. Nice people to work with!

Comment: Our home was flooded! They picked up our rug and when they returned it the look was almost brand new! Dalworth did an excellent job!

Comment: I had a wine stain on one rug and a pet issue on another! the rugs came back looking fantastic!
