Comment: Was concerned that when technicians arrived to pick up 2 carpets, the price (after measuring) was SIGNIFICANTLY higher than what was quoted over the phone. Phone scheduler did not give me $/sq yd price, so I was unable to estimate cost and rug was slightly larger than I measured. As a result, I only sent 1rug--even that price was higher than estimated over the phone: BAIT & SWITCH?

Comment: It's expensive to clean, and this was an old rug. But I couldn't find another I liked as much. Just took the plunge even though this is a significant chunk of money I could have put into a new rug. There are a couple of spots you couldn't get out, but I knew that was a possibility going in. Overall, very prompt and professional service. Rug looks much better and I would use you again.

Comment: When the rug was delivered, the gentleman , while courteous, abruptly dropped the rug on the floor from about waist high versus placing it on the floor. I was surprised.

Comment: We're extremely extremely pleased with the way our two orientals came back as well as our very large area rug! From repairing the fringe on our small runner at no extra charge to working with us on pricing and delivery times, our experience has been Superior! It would make it even better if phone reps were trained to refer a call to a higher-up if a customer asks about price matching or special prices but we are so pleased with the thorough cleaning our rugs received as well as the excellent customer service that we are now customers for life!!
