Comment: A little expensive for smaller rugs, but having pickup and delivery included made it worthwhile.

Comment: The first time they cleaned my oriental rug and delivered it I wasn't happy. It seemed to have residue and looked dull. They promptly picked it up and re-cleaned it. It looks great now! They do want you to be satisfied with their service. I will continue to use them! They were very nice about it too! too!
