Comment: The Service Technicians were thorough in their explanation of services, polite and professional. They placed the rug and positioned the furniture just as I wanted. Service was prompt, and the rug looks like new. Thank you,Dalworth!

Comment: The technicians who inspected, picked up and delivered my rug were knowledgable and helpful. My experience with Dalworth was first rate and I will use them again.

Comment: All questions get 5 stars from me. This area rug was a gift from my deceased husband from Arabia and it means a lot to me, it looks brand new, the fringe especially good. I have always used it as an entry rug at my front door so it really needed cleaning and looks brand new. Thanks

Comment: I was elated to see my clean rug. The rug had been seriously stained by a guest's dog, and I had very little hope that it could be cleaned. It is beautiful! Way beyond my expectation.

Comment: The guys are always on time and roll out the rug for our inspection. Dalworth has and continues to great cleaning of our rugs...always recommend to our friends.

Comment: Really brought more life back into a rug I was about to give up on. Was especially impressed with the delivery team who patiently and expertly helped re-position the 10x14 run back under a grand piano!

Comment: I was so pleased with the condition my rugs came back; I couldn't recognize them as mine since they had never been cleaned before and the repair work they did on the wool rag rug was almost impossible to find. I will continue to use Dalworth again in the future for my cleaning needs and would recommend them to anyone inquiring for someone.

Comment: everyone was nice, however 3 times I declined to have pads included, and in the end, pads which I did not order arrived with the rugs. This was very frustrating.
