Comment: This was the third time this rug has been cleaned by Dalworth. I trust you completely with this fine rug. Thank you for doing such a great job! The pick-up and delivery was during the window of time promised. I needed to change the delivery date and was able to do so with no problem. Thank you to the delivery team for going above and beyond getting the rug back in perfect place and helping to get some furniture back into that room. Terrific!

Comment: Everything was awesome. Had two rugs cleaned. They finished them quickly and then held the for me for a week until work at my house was done. Their communication with me was awesome and timely. They are my go to for cleaning carpets and rugs. Noone better!

Comment: People are great! Work I think is great quality and so I've now had you do two rugs. I'm debating on a third and fourth, One is 11' by 7.5' and 268.00 quote is really high to me. If I thought I could get it for 200.00 I'd do it. Thank you.

Comment: Scheduling was a breeze. The operators were very friendly and helpful, even when I changed the level of service on two of my rugs after they were already picked up. Communication from start to finish was fantastic. The technicians were also very friendly. There were no surprises and I'm very satisfied with the outcome.

Comment: My area rug was cleaned pretty good the only thing take it didn't like is that it wasn't reshaped. For $140.00 I expected it to be reshaped!!! 😭 it bothers me a lot, now I have to spend more money to have it reshaped so that I can sell it.😠
