Comment: My only complaint is that I asked for scotch guarding on one of my rugs. None of the paperwork says that I asked for it and I didn't pay for it. When the rugs were returned and I asked the rep about it he was quick to say that they were scotch guarded but he forgot to write it down on the sheet, but that it was done. If it wasn't on the order form, and I didn't pay for it, how am I supposed to feel confident that it was done? So. Now I have to scotch guard the rug myself because I can't afford for a predominantly beige rug to get stains that won't come out. That's disappointing.
