Comment: I had a 7 1/2 X 9 1/2 foot rug that I paid about $100 for - not wool. It did not need all the cleaning a wool rug would. So, I believe $223.60 was why the VALUE was terrible. I am elderly and the last time Dalworth cleaned it in my home it was $80 and the men put it outside to dry but after they left I could not lift or move the furniture to put it back in the house. That is why I used pick up and return so the men could move the furniture and put it back in place. They did a very good job. Value terrible.

Comment: First time having rug cleaned and using DalWorth. Love my rug, looks like it did when I first bought it 3 years ago. Services techs who picked up and delivered rugs were professional and on time.
